Whenever I read any kind of menage I'm always wondering how this would work in real life and typically walking away thinking that it could not. Unlike in so many menage stories, this book explores those questions between the MCs. How can they make it work, particularly when the third (Jordan) is coming into a long time relationship between the other MCs (Dante-Ryan)? The book did a really good job showing how Jordan was needed to make the relationship between all of them more complete and how the couple desired, needed and loved Jordan. Jordan has his own questions as to how he will ever be an equal partner given Dante-Ryan's 12 year relationship. Those questions are explored as well. Lots of dialogue and talking but still have some very hot sex scenes. For those who struggle with BDSM, the BDSM is written well and mainly d/s with a couple floggings.
