I really wanted to like this series because it has some good reviews but it just didn't click with me. I didn't see how the characters were attracted to each other. Also, the scene when Darcy first tops Ryan was very weird. Here's a guy who's been buried in the closet with no sex of any kind and we're to believe he knows how to dom with all kinds of toys? I spent most of the book annoyed by Darcy and how indecisive he was about everything. The writing style also didn't work for me. I can't really explain it but it seemed too sharp or nondescript. Guess this one just wasn't for me.
