An adorably sweet romance where we saw each guy slowly fall in love. This book was a courtship by El of Paul only they didn't realize it at the time. Loved Paul. He was so clueless and adorable but yet willing to give things a try after he was given a chance to work through them a bit (and with little pushes). El was wonderful. Gruff on the outside but inside he cares for his family and wanted a partner in his life. You could feel him falling in love through this book and so wanted him to get his HEA. Paul just had to work through some things with El's help and his mom. So glad Stacey finally got kicked to the curb :)
Paul's mom was amazing. MoJo was a scene stealer with her stairs of stereo equipment and her carrier (showed what a softie El really was). Denver (whose book I had already read) was just trumping along not realizing his HEA was just around the corner. I grinned at every snarky comment knowing what was coming for him.
I really liked these guys chances. Felt like a grown up love story - slow build as they fell in love.
