This is m/m/m involving twins and an open and understanding police officer. I was really absorbed by the relationship of Jay and Jesse. So much love and caring but we didn't get much of the background in understanding how they came to be together. Drake was pretty much perfect for the guys and, after some misunderstandings to add some angst, clearly settled in and it was clear that he cared for both of the guys. The novella did try to address the insecurities by the twins in not knowing if Drake preferred one over the other and wanting to sacrifice their own happiness for the other. That is something that is all too often skipped over in books dealing with this tabboo subject. It was clear that there was likely struggles ahead for the threesome due to the twins' relationship, but it was also clear that the threesome had a very promising start.
Overall, I found this a good read but IT ENDED WAY TOO SHORT. Talk about leaving us hanging. Heck, one more scene could have tied it up nicely. For how the book ended I'm knocking a star off. I also never really understood the title and felt it was a bit misleading with how the threesome came to be.
